Handled the export of monthly reports from Rostima, reconciled daily attendance, published rosters for the next cycle, and tracked department staff files.
Assisted new joiners by providing initial requirements such as uniforms, employee handbooks, Rosita access, and location access.
Generated consolidated monthly reports and reconciled them against actual figures to meet deadlines for submitting daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Maintained organized filing, organizing, and record-keeping.
Worked closely with all airline-related tasks and stakeholders, including flight editing, NOC, customer service, etc., to handle increases and meal service changes.
Provided assistance to internal departments in planning operational tasks.
Ensured proper handling of office equipment and maintained a high level of confidentiality at all times.

Education and Experience

Proficient in English and other languages, both spoken and written.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
