Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
As an Account Manager, you are going to be the face of Payfuture and along with the rest of the Sales team, the first point of contact for potential merchants and third parties who want to partner with us. As such, you will be accountable for new business development and revenue from new clients, as well as maintaining/growing current business with existing clients.
a- Manage Payfuture’s relationship with large enterprise clients and lead the closure with strategically important merchants.
b- Build relationships with new merchants, by positioning Payfuture as an ally and a thought leader. You will spot cross and up-selling opportunities, which can add value to customers and revenue for us
c- Negotiate commercial and contractual terms. You will take ownership of the sales cycle with merchants until the client handover is given to the Account Management team
d- Set evaluation criteria for team members and KPIs for portfolio growth and drive business development process enhancement initiatives, in coordination with the Sales Leadership Team
a- Hold a BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant fields with 2-5 years of work experience gained in Payments, Fintech, e-Commerce or Banking industries.
b- Have a proven track record of prospecting for new clients, building a pipeline and moving opportunities through the cycle.
c- Strong verbal and written communication skills. You possess a demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-Suite
