  • Screening telephone calls and responding to emails.
  • Making travel arrangements for executives.
  • Handling confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Developing and carrying out an efficient documentation and filing system.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • In-depth knowledge of office management procedures.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Russian.
