  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and effectively communicate our IT products and services.
  • Identify and qualify leads by understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects, track interactions, and update relevant information in the CRM system.
  • Present product information and features in a compelling manner to generate interest and secure appointments for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and provide timely follow-ups.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team targets for lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus in all interactions.
  • Continuously improve personal performance through self-motivation and ongoing training.


  • Proven experience as a Telemarketing Executive or similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • Strong sales acumen and the ability to identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other telecommunication tools.
  • Knowledge of IT products and services is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven attitude with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • High level of professionalism, resilience, and adaptability.
