Detailed Responsibilities

The establishment, entry, and handling of fresh loans and other loan-related upkeep tasks (such as settlements, pricing adjustments, updates to repayment schedules, etc.) obtained from CAD in the Core banking system.
Recording of different fees and internal transfers of funds in the Core Banking system.
Activation and deactivation of accounts in the system.
Scheduling of transactions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Achieve and surpass monthly targets for portfolio expansion and revenue generation
Emphasize the activation and handling of dormant or inactive customers
Stay updated on all policies, products, and procedures to provide an exceptional client onboarding experience
Actively engage in the bank’s learning, development, and training initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness
Maintain strict compliance with KYC, Compliance policies, and other stipulated processes.
